To find the time, simply look at the ramps. The bottom ramp represents the hour, and if you add the two top ramps together, you get the minutes! :D
The real interesting parts happen when changing days, and every 5 minutes. So keep your eye on it! :D

I finally got how the clock works after staring at it for like 10 min. I still prefer the simple gadgets over these confusing ones.
